The role

  • General admin duties to include filing, scanning, printing, scanning and post
  • Dealing with client queries via email and telephone
  • Ensure all records are kept accurate and up to date
  • Processing cheques, card payments and dealing with the banking
  • Amending records both digitally via computer and manually.
