Technical Sales Manager

Role

  • Develop and grow product sales through new and existing accounts.
  • To proactively generate and manage sales enquiries.
  • Research and develop marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Create & present budgeting and forecasting analysis.
  • To help develop and maintain social media platforms.

Duties

  • Contributes information, ideas, trend analysis, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches for the target customer or product
  • Create, present, and deliver regular KPIs to Senior Managers.
  • To chase, analyse & report reasons for enquiries/quotes not being won.
  • Provide effective communication to both internal and external customers.

Skills

  • Strong Sales and Customer Service Skills
  • Driven to achieve sales targets
  • A good team player but has the initiative to work alone
  • Must have excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to present to customers confidently
  • New business development through multiple medias (Marketing, Cold Calling, Emailing and customer visit
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

Benefits

  • Standard business hours are 8.00am to 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays, with a ten-minute paid break each day and an unpaid break of 30 minutes.
