We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Professional with commercial experience to help lead a team within a rapidly growing insurance company. This company is renowned for offering excellent career progression and benefits.
Responsible for providing leadership and training to less senior members of the team
- Supervising individual KPIs as well as concentrating on group performance
- Carrying out team meetings and 121’s
- Servicing existing clients and trying to grow new business from them
- Dealing with complaints and enquiries
Skills and Experience
- Account handling or Team Leader background is essential
- The ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Always delivering a high level of customer service to clients
- CII desirable but not essential
