Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their excellent, busy team in Stourport. The key responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Account Management Team.

This role has a particular emphasis on proposal and contract preparation, management information and data analysis
- Respond to requests and enquiries from customers and clients via telephone and email
- Assist in meeting preparation, appointment booking and diary management
- Highlight additional sales opportunities through telephone audits.
- Seek opportunities for account growth through gap analysis with support from the AM
- Ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely organised with high attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and work in a timely manner when under pressure
