Our Worcester based client is looking for a confident Customer Service Agent to join their dedicated team. They key duty of this role is to give customer advice and present them with the best offers and opportunities by telephone.
Customer Service Agents Executives build up their own customer file from within the customer database and make sure they are informed about products interesting for them, selling to them and helping them to build up a meaningful collection
- Make outbound b2c telephone calls to existing customers offering them items from campaigns to the agreed standard
- Use product knowledge to be able to identify customers’ needs and requirements
- Account manage own customer base as well as increasing this by identifying potential premier customers from working on other campaigns
- Log all calls made and received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records
- Manage any written correspondence to customers when required according to the agreed standard
- Maintain company sales database, as well as being competent in the use of email, excel and word
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to and focused on quality
- Independent thinker with demonstrated judgement, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and other CRM systems
