Office Administrator Worcester

Redwood Search is pleased to be working with a fantastic client in the construction sector, who are looking for an Office Administrator to support with the day-to-day administration for a variety of key business sectors.

If you are looking for a role where you will be supporting multiple departments, working on a wide variety of tasks, and where 2 days are never the same, then this may be the ideal role for you.

Duties will include;

Organise hiring/off hiring of vans/cars when needed.

Supporting the external HR team where you will be responsible for the distribution of documents to staff, following on from the HR provider creating these.

You will also be the key point of contact for office general maintenance liaising with the cleaning team and well as contractors working on any repairs or improvements.

Supporting the Accounts team with data entry of the goods received notes.

Ordering of stationery and office supplies

The ideal candidate will take enjoyment from being busy with a variety of work, and the satisfaction of completing tasks on time and correctly.

You will enjoy working with different departments, but also happy to work alone to ensure your support has a real impact on the business.

Previous admin experience is essential as well as your own transport due to the location.
