£9.50 Per Hour – Full time/Permanent

Established for over 100 years, our client is a successful company enjoying a period of evolution and growth They are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Kidderminster
This position involves the overall co-ordination of sales office activities and customer service enquiries aimed at meeting both customer and business requirements and delivering on time, in full with no errors.
The Role:
- Responding effectively to all types of customer enquiries on the telephone, fax, email or face to face.
- Use of NAV and other office systems to respond effectively to customer enquiries and processing orders.
- Ensuring outstanding orders are progressed and customers are kept informed.
- Handling Customer Service issues to resolution for non-fitted and fitted complaints.
- Admin and sales support for internal and external customers to ensure the needs of customers and the business are met.
