The Role: As the administrator for our client you will be working within energy management to validate utility bills accurately. You will have varied responsibilities, from monitoring client and supplier emails to logging any queries or issues onto the CRM and assigning to the appropriate team. You will be obtaining invoices for clients from different sources and giving this appropriate analysis to ensure everything is correct and up to date before processing these invoices accordingly. You will liaise with different departments in the business and be involved in regular meetings whilst looking after both client and supplier relationships.

For this Administrator role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience using Sage CRM software or similar (Customer Relationship Management software)
  • Experience of Office 2013 packages – outlook, work and excel
  • Must have basic accounts experience – raising sales orders and purchase orders
  • You will need strong verbal and personal communication skills
  • Should have a “customer first” approach
  • Be self-assured and confident
  • Enjoy working towards the common goals of the team
  • Be self-motivated and proactive and work well under own initiative
  • Have strong time management skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Be highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
  • Have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude
  • Should be trustworthy and maintain integrity when working with confidential information
