If you have experience working within a call centre environment, be it sales or customer service, then this could be the perfect role for you!
Our clients are looking for a commercially astute person, who will be confident handling a high number of incoming calls. The ideal candidate will be a competent computer user, who has the ability to resolve enquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
Along with handling customer queries, the role will entail uploading relevant information on the internal systems, meaning a thorough understanding and experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is crucial.
– 2 years’ experience working within a customer service or administration environment
– 5 GCSE’s, to include Maths and English
– Competent computer user
– Excellent telephone manner
– Tenacious, ambitious with great attention to detail
