For this role, it is crucial that you are a self-starter who has aspirations to develop.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven, with the desire to support customers on a daily basis as well as improve processes and develop further service offerings.
In the role you will be responsible for supporting clients’ technical issues, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service, with the ability to either resolve or escalate their technical problems.

Ideally you will have an interest in all things technical!
The role –
- Inbound customer service.
- Receiving customer enquiries over the telephone & via email.
- Technical queries & enquiries
- Offer excellent customer support.
- Log accurate data against CRM system
- Outbound calls follow up calls to customers & suppliers
Person specification –
- Excellent Customer Service & Administration experience.
- Excellent telephone manner and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Must have excellent accuracy & attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated & resilient with a positive outlook and willing to rise to the challenge.
