The Role: As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be joining a friendly existing team of 3 alongside a team of engineers and others in an open-plan office environment. You will be supporting customers with technical and spare parts enquiries and be managing and scheduling engineer visits alongside any other after-sales requirements the customer may have. You will have a varied workload, from ordering parts and raising invoices, to liaising with stores and purchasing to managing the order process. You will coordinate engineer visits and technical support to help customers obtain the help they need.

The Company: Due to a period of growth and expansion the company are looking to add to their existing team just ahead of a move to brand new local premises in 2022. This is an exciting time to join a growing company that work both in the UK and overseas.
