Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team in Worcester as a Customer Service Agent.
They key responsibility here is to manage communications from customers to achieve sales targets.
The Role:
- Manage telephone calls from customers according to the agreed standard ensuring all required information is collected and sales targets are achieved (subscription and upsell)
- Manage written correspondence from customers according to the agreed standard
- Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
- Maintain detailed and accurate records
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
- Follow chain of command in all aspects of the business giving the opportunity for all issues and concerns to be resolved appropriately.
Skills:
- Customer Service experience is necessary for this role and administration skills are desirable.
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills
