My client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their Customer Success Team in Worcester.
- Maximise customer experience ensuring attrition rate is met
- Being the single point of contact for your customer developing a strong relationship using a consultative approach
- Working with customers to understand their requirements and create an action plan moving forward
- Upselling and cross selling to customers
- Arrange meeting face to face or over the phone to discuss account plans with customers
- Work alongside the marketing team to create relative and regular communications to be sent out to you customers
- Supporting your customers through the whole process as well as the renewal process
- Update and maintain the CRM ensuring all information is correctly logged
Sales Executive skills and experience:
- B2B sales experience
- Telephone sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated with the passion to progress
- Analytical in problem solving
- People person
Must have a full UK driving licence
£22,000 – £25,000 (First year OTE £1,000 PM)
