 We have a fantastic opportunity available to join our client’s team in Upton as a Contract Co-ordinator. The main duty of this role is to help manage customers’ accounts and handle any enquiries.

Main Roles as a Contract Coordinator:

  • Processing customer orders and handling enquiries
  • Manage the delivery process and liaise with clients to ensure they are aware of the progress of their order as it progresses.
  • Assist the team in making sure KPI’s are met
  • Provide customers with product/technical information

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident and able to deal with customers at all levels in a business
  • Highly organised and able to manage your own admin
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers
  • It literate with good grasp of ms excel/word/outlook
