As a claims handler working in a vibrant and fun environment, you will act as the primary claims contact for all clients, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively.
- Provide claims advice to clients and guide through the process making sure they are regularly updated
- Gather the claim information and advise the client on the levels of cover available
- Produce claim reports and ensure all regulations are adhered to
- Build relationships with insurers and their panel suppliers to facilitate the negotiation and settlement of the claim
- Maintain high customer service by always putting the client first
- Professional Indemnity Claims handling experience is essential
- CII Cert or willing to progress towards
- 25 days holiday + bank
