Business Development Executive
£31k-£33k + excellent OTE £37k-£40k (uncapped)

We are working with a successful and growing company in Worcester who are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Executive. The role will bring an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading and professional company with real career progression.
Main responsibilities are:
- Contacting new clients in new and existing markets to expand business opportunities
- Fact-finding and establishing key decisions makers
- Exploring clients’ budgets and annual spend
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Introducing services and solutions to prospects and customers
- Attend client meetings with a view to introducing Account Manager when ready for handover
Experience:
- Ideally the successful candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience selling a solution into corporates and SME’s
- Be confident asking in-depth questions when dealing with clients at a senior level
- Have the ability to build rapport and develop new business opportunities
