Redwood Search is currently working with a well known household brand, who are currently looking for a part time Bookkeeper to join the business.
Are you looking for a part-time role (15 – 20 hours per week) which offers you flexibility and will allow you to become the key focal point of a business’s accounts team?
Duties will include;
- Credit Control – Liaising with clients about overdue payments.
- Sales ledger – Allocating received payments to the correct account as well as supplying the clients with account statements.
- Purchase ledger – allocating invoices received checking the quantity and price match the order before preparing the payment run.
- Sales Support- Supporting the sales staff with reports and figures on revenue.
- Managing the petty cash.
- Managing a seasonal cashier in the busy periods who will come in to allocate payments and reconcile the bank accounts.
My client is very flexible on the working hours, but ideally would like somebody in the office Monday – Friday, offering support to other departments as and when required.
