Commercial Insurance Account Handler

Working for a global insurance organisation serving a diverse community of clients with insurance, risk management and employee health and benefits advice and solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join a successful and driven team located in Worcester. This role would suit someone with either Commercial Account Handling Experience or an Account Handler from Personal Lines/High Net Worth looking to move into Commercial Insurance within an established, market leading insurance broker.

Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives
Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments
Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
Perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.
Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market condition and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.
What you need to have:
In-depth insurance Account Handling knowledge from either a Commercial or Personal Lines background
Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
What makes you stand out:
Cert CII qualification
Broker System experience (ideally Acturis)
