This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join a successful and driven team located in Hereford. This role would suit someone with either Commercial Account Handling Experience or an Account Handler from Personal Lines/High Net Worth looking to move into Commercial Insurance within an established, market-leading insurance broker.
This role is mainly office based but there is some flexibility for home working.

Can you help us by:
Working with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
Striving to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives
Working on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
Managing renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments
Maintaining relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service to drive growth.
Evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating the impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to clients across product lines.
To be successful you should have:
In-depth insurance Account Handling knowledge from either a Commercial or Personal Lines background
An ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
Broker System experience (ideally Acturis)
